Chocolate Covered Watermelon
Semi-sweet chocolate – Approximately 1 oz. per slice of watermelon (Swap for dark chocolate which is a good source of magnesium)
Red, white & blue sprinkles
Slice watermelon into 1” – 1-1/2” thick rounds. Then cut the rounds into eighths.
Freeze until hard. Preferably overnight.
Melt chocolate and spoon over frozen watermelon.
Quickly sprinkle with sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
Then quickly return to the freezer until ready to serve.
